Products

Within the products section, you can add items for different categories to classify products using various categories.

In this you can search the product list by searching the name and category of product in the search bar.

Here, you can view the list of previously created products, and if adjustments are necessary, modifications can be made. To add a new product, click on the “New Product” button.

• Enter Product Name: – Initially, input the desired product name that you wish to add.
• Select Category: – Choose the category in which you intend to add the product.
• Enter Product Price: – Specify the product price, inclusive of VAT.
• Enter VAT: – Include VAT (Value Added Tax) for product taxation.
• Enter Product Description: – Describe the product.
• Stock Required: – In this step, choose either “Yes” or “No.” If you wish to manage physical stock for this product, select “Yes”; otherwise, choose “No.” If you opt for “Yes,” you can add stock for this product on the Store → Stock Entry page by selecting the “Add Stock” button.
• Barcode: – You also have the option to input the product barcode. (Multiple barcodes can be entered, separated by commas.)
• Upload Image: – You also can upload the product image in different formats such as png, jpeg, and jpg. The maximum size allowed for the image is 3 MB, and the dimensions should be 1200px X 830px.

After this click on the Add button to add the product.

If you’ve chosen “Yes” for stock requirement, navigate to Store → Stock Entry, and proceed to click on the “Add Stock” button.
You can also delete the product.
When you click on the delete button pop-up will open

Next, click on the confirm button to delete the product.
