Generate a New Gift Voucher

1. To sell a Gift Voucher, you first need to create and add it to the system. This allows the Gift Voucher to be available for purchase and use.

Begin by creating a voucher category on the category page.

Click on the “New Category” button and fill in the required details.

Next, click on the “Add” button to save, and the voucher category will be added to the list.

Next, navigate to the product page and add a new product using the voucher category.

Next, navigate to the product page and add a new product using the voucher category.

Next, click the “Add” button to successfully add the voucher to the list.

Next add stock for gift vouchers in the stock enter page.

Next, add stock for gift vouchers through the stock entry page.

After filling in the required details, click the Add button, followed by the Submit button to finalise.

The voucher stock will now be added to the list.

Next, click on the “Proceed to Pay” button to complete the payment.

If you want to book a voucher for a specific user, click on this icon A popup will open, allowing you to assign the cart item to any customer of your choice.

After selecting the customer, click the Submit button. The cart item will be assigned to the selected customer, and their name will appear in the list.

If you want to add a new customer, click on this icon to open the modal. 

Enter the customer’s details and click the “Add” button to successfully add the customer to the list.

2. Next, click on the “Proceed to Pay” button.

Next, enter the amount and choose the payment method (cash or card) you wish to use to sell the voucher.

Next, click on the “Complete” button to finalise your voucher booking.

Next, you will see the voucher has been created and is now displayed on your voucher page.
