Purchased Membership

In this section, you can view a list of all purchased memberships.

Here, you can filter purchased memberships by status using the dropdown menu.

You can export this data to an Excel sheet by clicking the export button.

Clicking the detail icon allows you to view the details of the selected membership list.

If the membership is a subscription type.

To cancel auto-renewal, click the Cancel Auto Renewal button. Confirm by clicking Yes. Your subscription is cancelled, but you can buy the subscription for this package again.

Next, click the Yes button to confirm, and the subscription will be cancelled.

To renew the subscription, click the Renew Cancellation button and then confirm by clicking the Confirm button.

Next, click on the Confirm button to renew the subscription.

If you get a response to complete the payment with the customer’s consent, ask the customer to complete the payment on the mobile app.

To change the payment card, select the checkbox for the card you want to use, and your card will be changed.

Next, Click on the Yes button to change the card.

The card has been changed.

In this section, you have the option to freeze, unfreeze, or cancel a membership by clicking the respective buttons.

To freeze a membership, provide the reason and click the Update button.

To unfreeze a membership, click the Unfreeze button. The validity or expiry date will be adjusted based on the remaining days from the freezing date.

Note that a frozen membership cannot be transferred to another user.

To transfer the membership to a different user, click on the “Transfer” button.

To transfer the membership to a different user: Click the Transfer button, Select the customer to transfer the membership to, Fill in the reason for the transfer, and Click the Update button.

To cancel a membership.

Click the Cancel button. Click the Update button to finalise the cancellation.

By clicking on this icon you can create a Credit Note (Refund) for the selected membership as follows.

If you select Cancel with Refund:

First, check the checkbox from the list for which item you want to credit note and then enter the return qty of the item how many items you want to return from the item and also enter the refund amount you want to return in the refund amount field.

Next, check the payment mode from the list in which you want to enter, make a credit note (refund) and enter the total payable Amount partial refund. If you want to split the payment in two different modes then check both payment modes and enter the Amount you want to split.

Next, click on the Complete button to complete the credit note.

The status of the selected item is changed to cancelled.


Generate a refund with multiple cards:-
If you want to generate a refund with a card, then select the card from the payment list from which you want to refund. If you have already refunded the amount from a card, then you cannot use that same card again to refund the item. You can also refund the amount from multiple cards if you have bought the item with multiple cards.

Select the item from the list you want to refund, and then enter the refund amount and the quantity you want to refund.

Next, select the payment mode card from the list and enter the amount. If you want to refund with multiple cards, then select two cards from the list and enter the amount in both cards’ enter amount field. If you have already refunded with one card, then you cannot use that card again for a refund.

If you want to generate another refund for another item with the same invoice, then select another card if available, or select the gift voucher payment mode to refund the item.

Next, click on the complete button, and the refund will process in the Clover device. It takes a few seconds to complete the process, so don’t reload the page or redirect to another page.

After the process is complete on the Clover device, it will generate a credit note invoice. You can also print that invoice by clicking on the print button.

If you select Cancel Without Refund:-

Select the item you want to cancel and click on the Cancel Booking button to cancel the booking.
