Venues Booking

Venues refer to physical spaces such as sports halls, pitches, or other facilities that customers can rent or hire.

 For venues, you can make bookings for basketball pitches, sports halls, and other facilities.

  • First, select the venue where you want to create bookings.
  • Next, choose the time slot for the selected venue where you want to make the booking.
  • You can change the date by clicking on the next and previous buttons, but please note that bookings cannot be made for past dates. After selecting the desired time slot, a modal will open.

  • First, select the start and end times for the venue booking.
  • Then, choose the customer for whom you want to book the venue.
  • Afterward, choose the price group corresponding to the session (select the multiple user price group for two users, and the single user price group for a single user).
  • Next, enter the number of splits you want to book.

If the selected customer has a membership that includes the venue ID you’ve selected, and if the membership covers multiple users or if you’ve booked the venue for multiple users, there will be no charge. However, if the membership is for a single user or if you’ve booked the venue for a single user, you will be charged the full price as selected.

In this there are two buttons: –

1. Book as PAYG: – If you click on the “Book as PAYG” button, it will redirect you to the POS page where you can book this venue using cash or card payment.

Afterwards, you can either add more class bookings or include retail items in your booking by selecting the “Add to Cart” button. You can also search for retail items using their name or barcode.

You can also assign the customer to this bill by clicking on the person icon located in the top right corner.

After selecting the customer, click on the submit button to assign this booking to the selected customer.

You can also see the name of the selected customer inside of the Grand Total.

Next, click on Proceed to Pay Button.

Next, fill out the Voucher code if available and then Enter the Tendered amount in the Enter amount field. 

Here you can add an amount with a split also, like 2 in cash and the rest in the card. Once the total added amount is equal to the tendered amount, it will show you the complete button. When clicking on this button if there is any card amount then it will be automatically sent to the Clover device once the transaction is completed it shows the bill print also, when card payment is being processed then it shows a popup also from there this ongoing transaction can be cancelled.

Next, click on the complete button to complete the payment.
The Payment bill for your booking is showing on the screen.

If you want to print this bill then click on the print button.

2. Batch booking: – For batch booking customers don’t have to pay the default price, customers can pay any price that you can set in batch booking payments.
After selecting the customer: – 

  • Display Title: – In this you can give any title you want in this booking.
  • Start Date: – This means on which date you want to start the venue session.
  • End Date: – This means on which date you want to end this venue session.
  • Select Days: – This means for which days you want to show these venues sessions.
  • No. of Split: – This means how many splits you want to book for this venue session.
  • Price: – You can fill any price you want to set in this venue session.
  • VAT: – Add VAT (Value Added Tax) for product Tax.
  • Billing Cycle: – This means that if you want to make the payment for One-time or Monthly or Weekly period.
  • Payment Method: – Payment method means in which payment mode you want to make the payment there are four types of payment modes for venues.
  1. Cash
  2. Bank Transfer
  3. Cheque
  4. Gift Voucher
  • After filling these fields, click on the Complete Booking button.
