How to Set Up a Membership Discount.

Begin by configuring the membership discount on the settings page:-

1. Choose Platform for Discount Application:-  This allows you to choose the platform where you want to apply membership discounts.

1. None: If you select “None,” the membership discount will not be applied on any platform (neither mobile nor admin).
2. Mobile: If you select “Mobile,” the membership discount will only be applied to mobile bookings.
3. Frontdesk: If you choose “Frontdesk,” the membership discount will only apply to the admin platform.
4. Both: If you select “Both,” the membership discount will apply across both the admin and mobile platforms.

2.  Select Membership Discount Type: This option allows you to specify the type of membership discount and the customers to whom it will apply. 

1. None:- If you select “None,” no membership discount will be applied to any customers.
2. For All:- If you select “For All,” the membership discount will apply to all customers.
3. For Active Members:-If you select “For Active Members,” the discount will only apply to active members who currently hold a membership. (Discount will be applied if the selected member has membership available.)
4. For New Members:- If you select “For New Members,” the discount will only apply to new customers who do not yet have a membership. (Discount will be applied if the selected member has no membership available.)

3. Membership discount percentage:- In this field, you can specify the percentage of the discount you wish to offer on memberships.

4. Next, click on the Update Membership Discount button to set the discount.

How Membership Discounts Function in Admin

Choose the membership you wish to book.

Next, choose the new customer and assign a member, then click the “Next” button.

On this page, you’ll see the details of the selected customers and their memberships. Once you’ve reviewed the information, click the “Next” button to proceed.

Next, Select the start date for when you want the membership to begin. Then, add a payment card by clicking the “Add New Card” button if no card is currently on file.

Next, enter your card details and click the “Add Card” button.

Next, click the “Add to Cart” button to add the membership to the POS cart.

Next, you will see that I’ve applied a 20% membership discount in the settings for both platforms and all customers.

The total amount for the selected membership is €200, which includes a 20% discount. This brings the payable amount down to €160, with a discount of €40 applied.

Next, click on the “Proceed to Pay” button to complete the booking.

Next, enter the amount you wish to pay in the “Enter Amount” field. You can also complete your payment using a credit card or a gift voucher.

Next, click the “Complete” button to finalize your booking.
