Manage Pool

Here, you can view the list of previously created pools, and if adjustments are needed, modifications can be made. To create a new pool, simply click on the “New Pool” button.

In this you can search the pool list using the search bar by name of the pool.

  • Pool Title: – You can assign any title to the pool in this field.
  • Description: – You can provide any description for this pool in this field.
  • Select an Image: – You also have the option to upload an image of the pool in various formats such as png, jpeg, and jpg. The maximum allowable size for the image is 3 MB, and the dimensions should be 1200px X 830px.
  • No. of Lanes: – This indicates the number of lanes you want to display in the pool for booking or the number of lanes you desire for bookings.
  • Open Time: – This denotes the specific time at which you want to commence these sessions.
  • Close Time: – This signifies the specific time at which you want to conclude these sessions.
  • Lanes Limit (for PAYG Booked):- Specifies how many pool lanes customers can book through the app.
  • No. of PAYG Booked (in Single Lane):- Specifies the maximum number of customers allowed to book within one single lane.
  • Advance Booking Days:- Indicates how many days in advance customers are allowed to book the pool.
  • Preview days:– Indicates how many days of available pool slots customers can view. However, they cannot book slots beyond the allowed Advance Booking Days.
  • Select Days: – This indicates the specific days for which you want to permit bookings.

After this, click on the Add button.

Next, for Price Setup: – Click on the € symbol to establish pricing for these pool sessions. You also have the option to add multiple prices for this pool.

  • Price Group: – Price group refers to whether you want to create this price for a single user, multiple users, or a family. You can input the name accordingly in the price group field.
  • Occupants: – Occupants indicate the number of individuals you wish to include in this price group.
  • Price: -You have the flexibility to set any price you desire for this price group (inclusive of VAT).
  • VAT: – Include VAT (Value Added Tax) for product taxation.
  • Start Time: – Start Time denotes the specific time at which you want this price to commence.
  • End Time: – End Time signifies the specific time at which you want this price to conclude.

After this, click on the add button and then price will be added to the list.

You cannot add multiple price group with same name.

You also have the option to update and delete these pools.

Next, generate and oversee exceptions for the pool by selecting the eye icon.

Exceptions: – Within this feature, you can introduce exceptions that will limit bookings for a specific time and the number of lanes defined. You can also establish the validity of the exceptions. If you choose “Fixed,” it will be applicable for particular dates using the start date and end date. If you select “Ongoing,” these exceptions will be applicable for all upcoming times. Additionally, you can add multiple exceptions for one pool.

Through this, you can review the list of previously created pool exceptions, and if adjustments are necessary, modifications can be made. To create a new pool exception, click on the “New Exception” button.

If the list of exceptions is not visible, click on the “New Exception” button.

  • Display Title: – You have the option to assign any title for this pool exception.
  • No. of lanes reserved: – The “No. of lanes reserved” signifies the default number of lanes you want to reserve.
  • From Time: – “From time” denotes the specific time at which you want this session to commence.
  • To Time: – “To time” signifies the specific time at which you want this session to conclude.
  • Validity: 
  • Fixed: – If you choose “Fixed,” it means you can only create exceptions for particular dates using the start date and end date.
  • Ongoing: – If you select “Ongoing,” it means these exceptions will be applicable every day and every week, starting from the specified start date for this exception.
  • Select Days: – You also have the option to choose the specific days for which you want to display this exception.

Following this, select the “Add” button, and the exception is created and displayed in the list.

You also have the option to update and delete this exception.
