Manage Classes

Here, you can view the list of previously created classes. If adjustments are necessary, you have the option to make changes. To create a new class, simply click on the “New Class” button.

Here, you can search for a class by using the class name in the search bar.

  • Title: – Here, you have the flexibility to assign any title to the class as desired.
  •  Description: – Here, you have the option to provide any description for the class as you see fit for the product
  • Show in Customer View: – In this section, choose “Yes” if you want to display this class in the customer view; otherwise, click on “No.”
  • Advanced Booking Time: The advanced booking time refers to the duration during which customers can schedule a class, limited to the number of days specified in this field. You can only book up to 30 days in advance.
  • Class Preview (In Days): – Class preview refers to the duration during which the customer can only see the class, not book, limited to the number of days specified in this field. You can only see up to 10 days of class preview for customers.
  • Select an Image:- You also have the option to upload the image of the product in various formats, such as PNG, JPEG, and JPG. The maximum allowable size for the image is 3 MB, and the dimensions should be 1200px X 830px.

Following this, select the “Add” button to include the new class.

Next, for Price Setup: – Click on the € symbol to establish pricing for these classes. You have the option to add multiple prices for this class.

  • Price Group: – Price group entails creating this price for a single user, multiple users, or a family. In the price group field, you can input the appropriate name based on your selection.
  • Occupants: – Occupants determine the number of individuals you wish to include in this price group.
  • Price: – You have the flexibility to set any price you desire for this price group (inclusive of VAT).
  • VAT: – Include VAT (Value Added Tax) for product taxation.

Following this, select the “Add” button, and the price will be added to the list.

You cannot add two price groups of same name in one class.

You also have the option to update and delete these classes.

Next, generate and oversee time schedules for classes by selecting the eye icon.

Schedule: – Here, you need to establish a slot by specifying the time and date. Additionally, you can define the duration for this schedule, set the number of registrations allowed per slot, and determine the total sessions to be created. Scheduling options include daily, weekly, monthly, or one-time occurrences. Furthermore, you can add multiple schedules for one class, particularly when a class has multiple sessions in a day at different times.

To create a schedule for classes, click on the “New Schedule” button.

  1. Start Date: – The Start Date indicates the date from which you want to add the slot for this schedule.
  2. Schedule Time: – The Schedule Time signifies the specific time at which you want to add the slot for this schedule.
  3. Session Duration (Minutes): – Session Duration denotes the duration, in minutes, for which you want to create one session.
  4. Total Session: – Total Sessions indicates the number of sessions you want to create for this class. A button will be available to generate sessions for this time. If you enter 10 in this field, it will generate 10 sessions each time you click the button.
  5. Recurring Type: – Recurring Type specifies the type of session you want to create: every month, every year, every day, or one time.
  6. Max Registrations: – Max Registrations indicates the maximum number of bookings you want to schedule for one slot.

After creating a schedule, select the watch icon to generate sessions. Subsequently, clicking on the eye icon allows you to view the list of sessions.

If you want to create new sessions, you can do it within the same schedule; there’s no need to create a new schedule. If you click on the clock icon, sessions for the next 20 days will be generated automatically according to your total number.

If any of your session is cancelled in the session list.

Then, it is not showing in the class booking page.
