Course Setup

Manage Swimming Courses

You can view and edit the list of previously created courses in this section. If you wish to create a new course, click on the “New Course” button.

You can also search for a course by entering its title in the search bar

  • Enter Title: – Enter a suitable title for the course.
  • Enter Description: – Provide details or information about the course.
  • Category: – There are three types of categories for courses:
  1. Beginner
  2. Intermediate
  3. Advanced
  • Course Total Price: – In this, you can set the price for the course as desired.
  • Payment Type: – In this, you can choose from three types of payment options for the course.
  1. One Time: Purchase this course only once.
  2. Weekly: Access to the course for an entire week.
  3. Monthly: Access to the course for an entire month.
  • Total Installment: Number of instalments for this course.
  • Upfront Installment Payment: Specify upfront instalments for recurring payments.
  • Enter Discount (%): Set the discount percentage for customers purchasing the course again.
  • Minimum Required Age: Minimum age requirement for customers.
  • Enter VAT: Add VAT (Value Added Tax) for product tax.
  • Course Level Dependency: Restrict advanced course bookings without completing basic classes.
  • Select an Image: Upload an image for the course in formats like png, and jpg (maximum size: 3 MB, dimensions: 1200px X 830px).

Afterwards, click the Add button to create a new course. You also have the option to update or delete these courses.

Next, when you click on attendees icon you can see the list of all attendees in selected course.

You can print and export the attendees list by click on the export and print button.

When click on Export button

Next, by clicking on the Archive course button it archives the course form list and adds in the archive course list page.

Next, the course has been removed from the list.

Manage Batches: – Subsequently, click on the eye icon to oversee batches for courses. Batches refer to instances where one course may have multiple sessions on the same or different days. Customers, when making a purchase, are required to choose a specific batch. In case there’s no list visible for the managed batches of selected courses, press the New Batch button to generate a new batch.

In this, you can see the batch list of previous dates in the Previous Batch tab and the current date and upcoming dates batch list in the Upcoming Batch tab.

You can also archive the batches by clicking on the delete button.

Next, by clicking on the confirm button, the batch is archived from the list, and it is shown in the archive tab, where you can see all the archive course list.

You can see the sessions by clicking on the eye icon. You can also delete these batches by clicking on the cross icon.

You also have the option to cancel a single session from the session list. For instance, if there are five sessions, canceling one would leave the active session count at four.

  • Batch Start Date: Refers to the date when you wish to commence these batches for the course. (You cannot update the batch start date)
  • Schedule Time: Indicates when the batch for this course is scheduled to start. (You cannot update the schedule time)
  • Session Duration (Minutes): Denotes the duration, in minutes, for each session. (You cannot update the session duration)
  • Total Sessions: This represents the total sessions intended for this batch. (You cannot update total session)
  • Total Participants: Specifies the maximum number of users allowed to book these batch sessions for the course.
  • Show in Customer View: If you wish to display this batch in the customer mobile app, please click “Yes”. If not, click “No”. If “No” is selected, it indicates that the batch will not be shown in the customer’s mobile app, signifying that the customer did not book a course for this batch.
  • Booking Start Date: In this, you can specify the booking date on which day the booking will start.
  • Booking Start Time: In this,s you can specify the booking time in which time the booking will start.
  • Select Days: Indicates the specific days for which you want to schedule these sessions.

After configuring the batch details, click on the “Add” button to create batches for the selected course.

You can view the sessions by clicking on the eye icon and you also have the option to delete these batches by clicking on the cross icon.

You can easily update this batch by clicking on the “Update” button.

You also have the option to cancel a single session from the list. For instance, if there are five sessions scheduled, you can cancel one, leaving four active sessions.
