Membership Packages

Here, you can view the list of previously created membership packages, and if adjustments are needed, modifications can be made. To create a new membership package, click on the “New Package” button.

You can also search membership by using a search bar by membership title, membership type, and membership frequency.

To create a membership package: –

• Title: – You can assign any title to this package as desired.
• Select Type: – There are two categories of membership packages.

1. Fixed: – For the “Fixed” type, there is only a one-time payment option available for this membership package (You can only purchase this membership package with a one-time payment).
2. Subscriptions: – In the “Subscription” type, you can purchase this membership package with recurring payments on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis.

• Description: – Here, you can write any details or information about the membership package.
• Select Frequency: – Frequency refers to whether you want to display this membership package on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis.
• Member Discount (%): – Member Discount signifies the discount you want to offer to a customer who is an existing member when they purchase the membership package.

If the membership type is “Fixed,” then there is a duration field: –

• Enter duration: – Duration signifies the validity of the package. If the frequency is monthly and you enter 12, the package will provide a 1-year validity from the date of purchase.
• If the membership type is “Subscription,” then there is an upfront Instalments field: –
• Enter Upfront Instalment: – If there is any upfront payment required for subscription packages, it can be entered here. For example, if the frequency is weekly and you want to charge the first 3 weeks as an upfront payment, simply enter 3 in this field.
• Is Discount Applicable: – It specifies if discounts are applicable in this package or not.
  • If “Yes”: Discount will be applied where applicable.
  • If “No”: Discount will not be applied, even if normally eligible.
• Show in Customer View: – “Show in Customer View” indicates whether you want to display this membership package to customers. If you select “yes,” the customer will be able to book it. If you select “no,” the customer will not be able to book it.
• Select Class: – Here, you can choose the classes allowed in this package. When a customer books these classes, they will not be charged.
• Select Pool: – Same as Select Class.
• Select Venues: – Same as Select Class.
• Select an Image: – You also have the option to add an image to the Membership Package in various formats such as png, and jpg. The maximum image size allowed is 3 MB, and the image dimensions should be 1200px X 830px.

Following this, click on the “Add” button, and the membership package will be displayed in the list.

You can also update this membership package. You can also add multiple membership packages.

You can’t add multiple membership of same package name in membership.

You can also make updates to this membership package, and it’s possible to add multiple membership packages.

Next, in the “Price Setup” section, click on the € symbol to establish a price for these pool sessions. It’s also possible to add multiple prices for this pool.

• Price Group: – Price group refers to whether you want to create this price for a single user, multiple users, or a family. In the price group field, enter the name accordingly.
• Occupants: – Occupants indicate the number of individuals you want to include in this price group.
• Price: – You can enter any price you wish to set in this price field. (Inclusive of VAT)
• VAT: – Include VAT (Value Added Tax) for product tax.
• Start Time: – Start Time indicates the time at which you want this price to become effective.
• End Time: – End Time signifies the time at which you want this price to conclude.

Following this, click on the “Add” button, and the price will be added to the list.

You cannot add multiple price group of same name in one active membership.
