This shows a list of all the courses you have booked. If no purchased courses are displayed, please first purchase courses in the bookings section.

Upon clicking on any purchased course, you can view the details of the selected course.

On this page, if your payment fails for a selected purchased course, you can also complete the payment for this course. Additionally, you have the option to change the payment card by clicking on the “Change Card” button.

If you want to change the payment card: –

To update your payment card, click on the “Change Card” button. This will open a modal, allowing you to select the card you want to replace with the new one.

Once you’ve selected the card, you will notice on the purchased course detail page that the payment card has been updated.

If the purchased course type is Weekly or Monthly: –

If your payment fails and you wish to retry: –

Next, press the “Retry Payment” button to finalize the transaction, and a popup will appear to complete the payment.

By clicking “Complete,” your payment will be finalised, and the payment status on the purchased course detail page will be updated.

If you click on the “Fail” button, the popup will close, and you will need to click on the “Retry” button again to complete the payment.

Press the “Retry Payment” button to finalize the payment.

By clicking “Complete,” your payment will be finalised, and the payment status on the purchased course detail page will be updated.

If the purchased course type is One-Time: – This indicates a one-time purchased course, implying you can only buy this course once.
