For Pending Membership Payments

If the Pending Membership Payments section displays any failed payments, click on the “Pay Now” button to finalize the payment. This will direct you to the membership detail page, where you can complete the payment.

If you wish to update the payment card, click on the “Change Card” button. This will open a modal, allowing you to select the card you want to replace with the new one.

Upon selecting the card, you will observe that the payment card has been updated in the purchased course detail page.

Next, Click the “Retry Payment” button to finalise the payment. A pop-up will appear to complete the payment.

Upon clicking “Complete,” your payment will be processed, and it will update your payment status on the membership detail page.

If you click on the “Fail” button, the popup will close, and you will need to click on the “Retry” button again to complete the payment.

Press the “Retry Payment” button to finalise the payment.

If you click “Complete,” your payment will be processed, and the payment status on the membership detail page will be updated.
