Membership Subscription

This displays a list of all the membership subscriptions you have bought. If there is no membership showing then first buy the membership in bookings.

when you click on any one membership then it will navigate you to the membership subscriptions detail page. In which you can cancel the subscription and if the payment for this subscription is failed then you can also retry the payment for this subscription, you can also change card for payment only when the membership package type is subscription. If the membership package type is fixed then you can not cancel the subscription or retry the payment.

If membership package type is fixed: –If the membership package type is fixed then you can not cancel the subscription or retry the payment.

If membership package type is subscription: – If the membership package type is subscription and payment is failed or you want to cancel the subscription then you can cancel the subscription by click on the cancel subscription button and if the payment for this subscription is failed then you can also retry the payment for this subscription by click on the Retry Payment button, you can also change card for payment by click on the change card button.

If you want to cancel the subscription: –

If you want to cancel the subscription then click on the Cancel Subscription button and the popup is open.

when you click on the Cancel button then your subscription is cancelled.

Next, click on this OK button.

If you want to change the payment card: –

If you want to change the payment card then click on the Change Card button and the modal is open and select the card you want to change with the card.

After selecting the card you can see in the membership detail page the payment card is changed.

If the payment has failed and you want to retry the payment: – 

Then click on the Retry Payment button to complete the button and a popup is open to complete the payment.

If you click on complete then your payment is complete and it updates your payment status on the membership detail page.
